The Caduceus was given to J. Ross on 12/23/1982 by Smt. Rukmini Devi Arundale in Adyar Madras, India. The scrabs came from Egypt in the time of Ramses I, given to Colonel Olcott who passed them on to his assistant Marie Russak.
They were inbeded in a breast piece as 8th and 9th ray stones for healing forces. Marie wore this artifact during the ritual of the Rose and Cross that she wrote, and also during the ritual of the Egyptian Rite. C.W.Leadbeater had the Chalice made for Byron Casselberry when he was ordained to priesthood in 1926.The grand ornate showpiece of the 32nd Degree Knights of Templar Masonic Sword was made in Germany.
Marie Russak had this 18kt gold pendant made for her ritual Temple of the Rosy Cross during the 1920's: the 18th Degree Co-Masonic order and the Egyptian Rite. There is an original early 20th Century picture showing Marie wearing the pendant.
